Our Cold Buffet Menus are all lovingly prepared in our kitchen in the heart of Sussex.
We go out of our way to make sure that your buffet will be a colorful display of elegantly cooked food.

Our platters are designed to  really put on a show, this is were the buffet planning fun really starts!

  • Mediterranean Meze (V)- baba ghanoush, harissa hummus, tzatziki, chermoula crusted flatbread & hazelnut dukkah crusted aubergines
  • Antipasti Platter – mozzarella balls marinated in pink peppercorns, slices of quality prosciutto, bresaola and salami, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, sundried peppers, mixed olives, and garlic ciabatta bread
  • Seafood Platter – with poached and smoked salmon, crab and lobster mayonnaise, smoked mackerel pate, cod marinated with honey, lemon and dill and prawns with chilli, lime and garlic

  • Sticky Platter – with basil chicken skewers, lamb koftas, sticky ribs, and seasoned flatbreads
  • British Deli Platter – British salt beef, smoked lamb carpaccio, Cornish charcuterie, and pickled vegetables
  • Sussex Pork Platter – pulled pork, sweet and spicy pork ribs, sausage rolls and apple chutney
  • Vegetarian Platter – Grilled polenta, heritage beetroot, marinated courgettes, chilli jam, hazelnut dukkah crusted aubergines, chermoula crusted flatbread, hummus and tzatziki
  • Cheeseboard Platter – with a selection of local and international cheeses, relish, grapes and water biscuits
