Our “Hot Buffet Menus” are designed to be freshly cooked at your location of choice by our skilled chefs, then served to you and your guests as a professionally presented buffet by our team of service staff. A two course service with dinner and dessert is traditional, however we are more than happy to include a starter course too or any other special requests you may have for your event.

Sussex steak and ale pie made with Sussex breed beef and local “Harveys Old Ale”
Sussex pork casserole with Sussex cider, sage and mustard
Mushroom & courgette stroganoff (v) with brandy and coarse grain mustard
Herb roasted root vegetables (v) with carrots, parsnip and red onions
Pomme mousseline (v) – a luxuriously creamy mashed potato

Hot Summer Buffet Dinner Menu

Hot chicken salad with fresh mixed leaves, celery, almonds and local cheddar
(accompanied with an optional wholegrain mustard dressing)
Dill & mustard crumbed plaice fillet with a hollandaise sauce
Vegetarian risotto (v)  with asparagus, pea and mint
Roasted Mediterranean vegetables (v) and halloumi
Baby new potatoes (v)
seasoned with English herbs and olive oil

Hot Buffet Desserts

Sussex cider toffee apple pie with a crumble topping and pastry base
Poached cinnamon pears with a spiced red wine syrup
Molton chocolate lava cake made with rich Belgium chocolate
Sticky toffee pudding with a hot toffee sauce

(All of the above hot buffet desserts are served with a choice of creamy vanilla custard, or pouring cream)
