What types of events do you cater for?

We cater for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, birthdays, and more. Our services are customizable to suit your specific needs.

What is the timeline for finalizing menu choices and event details?

We request that you provide us with your final guest count and menu choices no later than 14 days before the scheduled event.

Should you wish to add additional guests after this deadline, please inform us within 5 working days before the event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests?

Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests. Please let us know your specific requirements when you enquire about our services, and we will work with you to create a customized menu.

What is included in your catering services?

Our catering services typically include menu planning, food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup of the area we use. We can also provide service staff, bar service, linens, glassware etc.

How far in advance should I book your catering services?

We recommend booking our services at least 3 to 12 months in advance for larger events. For smaller gatherings, 1 to 2 months’ notice is usually sufficient. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Can you provide alcohol service at my event?

Yes, we can work with you to create a customized bar package that suits your event.

What is your cancellation Policy?

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total event cost is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your booking, we understand that situations can arise. We will make every effort to be accommodating and find an alternative date.

If a new date is arranged and confirmed, any payments made, including the non-refundable deposit, will be applied towards the rescheduled event.

If a cancellation occurs with insufficient notice, a refund of the remaining balance (if paid) may not be possible, as we may have incurred costs and commitments in preparation for your event.

Do you offer tastings?

Normally, we charge for the menu you’d like to sample. Yet, if you decide to proceed with us and your gathering exceeds 100 guests, we’ll deduct the tasting fee from your final bill.

What if we have concerns about the weather for our outdoor event?

We completely understand the unpredictable nature of British weather and your peace of mind is important to us. If you have any apprehensions regarding potential inclement weather, please feel free to get in touch with us in advance. We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us if you believe additional infrastructure might be required as a contingency.

It’s worth noting that we have a solid track record of successfully managing events in various weather conditions and, to date, we have never had to cancel our service due to rain.

Can you assist with rentals, such as tables, chairs, and dinnerware, for my event?

Yes, we can coordinate rentals for you. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

We will provide you with a transparent breakdown of all costs in your catering proposal. Additional fees, if applicable, will be clearly outlined so there are no surprises.
