From the first time they got in touch until the final email they were friendly, hard-working and utterly committed to making our wedding the most brilliant and stress-free it could possibly be. The food was delicious – many of the guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. It was well-presented and they very thoughtfully took our array of dietary requirements (including a gluten free bride!) on board. They were always on time, professional and friendly. “We chose Sussex Chef to provide catering for family and friends for our wedding weekend.
The food and the staff were excellent and played a big part in making our celebration a success.
We had fine dining on the Friday, the menu choices varied and the food was delicious.
We had a hot and cold buffet on the Sunday and again the menu choices meant we were spoilt for choice. The food provided for the special diets was just as special and was the soup they made on request for one of the guests.
Nothing was too much trouble, even taking a photograph of us all to mark the event.

As the project manager and Course Commander for a demanding 14 week residential Firefighter Recruit Course I was struggling to find a catering service to meet our needs. The course is physically and mentally demanding and our recruits need a high standard of nutrition and menu variation to ensure they are up to the task. We also required the meals to be prepared on site and delivered on time, every time.

Fortunately, Sussex Chef put forward a business case to us and were accepted on the basis of food quality and choice, value for money, business organisation, professionalism and flexibility.
